What does Canvas Depth mean?

How is the artwork finished?

• Standard Canvas Depth: half an inch (1/2-5/8”), often used with frames, except on round canvasses.

• Deep Edge Canvas: one and a half inch (1 1/2”) or deeper, which displays as a decorative edge for a modern aesthetic.

Each completed piece of artwork is dried and cured for minimum of 2 weeks, most often 4 prior to cleaning, and gloss coat varnishing which takes several coats and days to complete. In most cases the artwork is then signed, titled and has hardware for hanging added.

Does my piece have to be shipped?
