Butterflies represent transformation to me. This subtly colored Monarch represents my Dad, Charles, who was also a “Leo”. Can’t get more monarch than that. R.I.P. This was a part of 6 pieces I did in dedication to Monarchs and Swallowtails who help in the agriculture endeavors around home, and I named them all for dearly departed people who have transformed from this life.
